The two games tonight will be on multiview on my biggest screen.
That said I want Boise and Army to win, which means UNLV and Tulane are locks.
No one who watches and/or listens to ESPN surprised by that. Probably reading off a script.
The ESPN announcers for ACC championship game commented on number of empty seats at BofA, though saying temps probably keeping fans away.
SMU gonna play themselves out of the CFP in first quarter if they aren’t careful.
Yup they get boat raced and they’re out. My picks for this weekend remind me that’s it’s good I don’t gamble anything more than a lunch haha.
The moment was too big for SMU.
Completely sh!tting the bed. It’s uncanny.
Oregon looking to put Penn State away in first half as well.
Penn State back in it but SMU just completely outclassed as the games near halftime.
Walk-off GW 56 yd FG by Clemson after SMU had tied up the game with 16 seconds left in the 4th quarter. Wow!
so who do you take in the CFP’s, SMU or Ala? remember this is a business and the media is part of the decision. My opinion, you have to take smu or you will have teams opting out of Conf Championship games.
TV makes the call, and they usually call bama, and I think they will this time too.
Never considered the fact that teams could opt out of championships. But yeah, they so fucking would.
I hate the arbitrary ranking system that isn’t based on much. I’m preaching to the choir here but all 9 conference champions should have auto-bids to the playoffs.
I don’t know how that would help SMU, but whatever
Depends if you want the best teams or if you want to reward conference champs. It’s pretty simple to me. SMU would have been .500 in the SEC imho but they won a weak ass conference.
Guess we’ll see soon enough
If you want best team right now South Carolina is in over both. I don’t think the committee will keep Bama out. I really wish they would do the old BCS rankings, at least everything was visible. This committee behind closed doors is the worst way to choose the teams.
Freshman K Nolan Hauser for Clemson is from Cornelius and played at Hough HS. Being a Tiger athlete and CU alum is a family tradition - father baseball and mother and sister soccer.
Traditions are meant to be broken. We need a kicker. Come on home.
