I havenât heard anybody talk about this, but I think it should be discussed. The public narrative is that the ACC is so much better than the AAC; Yet one of our better teams from last year is projected to be the top win total in the ACC this year.
The talent gap between these conferences is heavily exaggerated by the resource gap. And this kind of bias feeds into the CFP / get rid of the G5 discussions.

FWIW, the one game suspension was self-imposed by the Iowa AD.
They were talking this game on fnz weeks ago and trying to give weight to it like the winner would have a chance to make the playoffs. 
I have been seeing App, Boise State, Liberty, and Memphis as the most likely to represent the G5 in the CFP, with most picking the Broncos to be that team.
