How many freaking coaches do they need?
Are they doing it for recruiting? Seems pointless if they’re just building from the portal.
Are they doing it to further deplete the coaching talent at the G5 level?
If so, how can this be interpreted as anything other than yet another attempt to put the G5 out of business?

Look, I can’t stand App either, but this is fantastic scheduling. Wish our program was at a point where we could do this and do it right. Next best thing to playing an in state P4 rival. That matchup will get plenty of hype.
You understand we have a home and home with ole miss and carolina coming up, amongst others. We had one with Maryland.
Those aren’t likely to be winnable games for us. Either team can win that game series.
I would prefer Boise instead of Ole Miss since that is 95% chance of losing. We need more higher G5 games like this one or even the JMU game this fall. I am not a fan of two P5 games every year even if one is home since that makes winning 6 or more harder.
