It’s been no secret about Gottlieb’s desire to get into coaching and apparently so much so that he’s willing to ignore the dredging up of his credit card indiscretion at Notre Dame and the humiliating backward shorts incident at Oklahoma State etc! 
Anyway, seen some comments about why would Gottlieb continuing his daily radio show be any different from a coach’s weekly show. Duh! 
In all seriousness, would think Gottlieb will hire a former head coach as his AHC. That individual will become the defacto HC for all practical purposes - at least when the former is on the air Monday-Friday from 3-6 pm!
