I donāt think posting Bonke up works. He is not a good post player.
He is pretty good as a rim runner/roller.
I think our offense bogs down with him posting.
Keep up using him as the roll man and let him crash the boards.

Every time we fell behind we fought back but couldnāt get over the hump. Conyers had a great look at the end. It felt like he was surprised by it (or too amped up) and shot it poorly.
Yes. The point at which Conyers missed the open 3 we were down 5. Then temple didnāt score and we squandered the next possession. Otherwise if we had scored the 3 and another 2 or 3 on that subsequent possession we would have tied or taken the lead. THAT was the sequence that made the difference for me why we eventually lost. Had the opportunity, but couldnāt rise to the occasion.
No, we were down 3 (76-73) with 5 seconds remaining when Conyers missed his last 3 pointer. His previous make had cut it to 2, with 16 seconds remaining. Temple then made 1 of 2 free throws.

I was so pissed before that, I left and missed that drama that could have saved the day, but didnāt. Shame on me. 
I wouldnāt have rather anyone but him to get that shot, and he missed it as bad as Iāve ever seen one missed in college.
BTWā¦or defense is putrid

Anyone heard any news about Butlers injury ?
First half they were fouling us on almost every possession, didnāt get many calls. 2nd half they started finally calling them, especially their big man grabbing everyone on the post up.
Our defense on the drive is awful, we stop the initial move, then stop maintaining position. They had a ton of easy layups just turning the corner, really frustrating to watch. If we kept the energy up consistently, have to think could do better.
Seemed like a pretty even match up, should be pulling out more of these at home. Donāt expect much from this season. Wish we could finally have a good year, itās been a while.

All trueā¦..but weāve been getting beat off the dribble this way all seasonā¦ā¦.we are MUCH better playing zone defenseā¦ā¦we did more of that last night, but still need to do more of it.

I donāt agree about our zone looking good. They were getting to the soft part of the zone constantly
It was not really working; just felt like it was working for a while, simply because they werenāt getting to the rim so easily.
Much better than man to man.

Both were really bad. 22 on temple was pushing bradford to the basket all night
