Yep, Redbirds are the better team.
Our players are making some dumb mistakes, thatās not coaching.
Missing wide open shots is not coaching.
From a coaching standpoint, it does seem that Fearne canāt get this team playing as a unit.
They seem to be going through the motions with no urgency to win the game.

Playing blackmon 20 plus minutes is coaching. Playing an ill fitting system that players hate is coachingā¦about time to start the new coach list

WTF has,he only played Bonke 13 minutes and Mading 2? Bonke was the only one who was able to defend Walkerā¦ā¦..His rotations make zero senseā¦ā¦Fearne is losing me fast.

Trial and error without a plan. Maybe all this worked in Australia 20 years ago.
We sure do love to live up to last place billing in the revenue sports. Well on our way to nailing it for this school year in both.

Thereās the ballgame. Could also add in about 3 or 4 crucial missed layups. Would have been a worse loss but we outshot them from 3 for the game after their red hot start.
That 3 pt shooting is why this one felt so frustrating. We actually didnāt shoot the ball badly. If we had been shooting at our recent clip, we lose this one by 20-30 pts and it feels hopeless. Or, if we had shot this well against App, we would have blown them out.
We simply cannot play a complete game of basketball and Iām bothered that Fearne still doesnāt know what his rotation is, nor do we run an offense that these kids want to run or one that gets us lots of easy looks. We had a bunch of baskets today where guys like Bradford had to win a 1v3 going to the basket.
Also Blackmon and Mingo played a bunch of minutes and gave us nothing.
I really donāt understand our bigs only getting 13 & 2 minutes
Exactlyā¦ā¦.it cost us late defending Walker and on several trips late giving up ORs to them that turned into points and/or foulsā¦ā¦zero logic to several of his rotations.
Our lineup rotations donāt seem to make any sense. It feels like substitutions are random and we are just trying to figure out what works.

We donāt appear to be a very good team right now. Hopefully we figure it out soon. I agree with whatās been said, rotations donāt make sense, offense we run doesnāt match personnel. I like Fearne but I expected better this season.
All these other teams have new players too. We can say all these are outspending us, but we just have a coach who is in over his head
I looked at the score about twice for this one. It is sad where this season seems to be heading given what it looks like we have on the talent side.
