Joe Crispin played for Penn State in 2001 when they beat UNC-CH in the NCAA Tournament. Charlotte native Titus Ivory was a star on that Penn State team.
Crispin played in the NBA.

Definitely remember Ivory who - like me - graduated from North Meck HS. He is a former assistant at Queens and currently a coach at Charlotte Latin.
His dad, Gary Bradds, was a star at Ohio State in the early ‘60s and in the ABA in the late ‘60s. His dad played for the Carolina Cougars in ‘70-’71.
