Good points about Tempe, to add Tempe is a good example of what we should be or couldn’t make happen with where our school is located. We started with that in the 80’s well, IBM & Verbatim(??, made disk storage), but we just never had the development of the outer urban core like Tempe achieved. Also Arizona State has always had very good business acumen, recruit from heavily populated california for admissions and military.
Buckhead is different in the fact it has always had long time well established residential. Similar to University Park in Dallas. Many billionaires and not just having only $1b!

Every young good to decent coach is getting ready to get a massive extension from their current employer to try to keep them from talking to those schools.
