Guessing that the Liberty closed scrimmage is in Lynchburg. So far only thing I know is that the Flames reportedly lost to JMU 71-63 in an earlier such contest.

NC State vs South Carolina was also in Greensboro.

Thinking the scrimmage probably held at one of the co-ed schools - UNCG, A&T, Guilford, or Greensboro College.
State vs USC was played at the First Horizon Coliseum.
Not really much to report from the Coaches Show. Fearne did say Richart is working to get to 100% post-surgery but fortunately nothing about any other injuries etc.

Been thinking about our OOC schedule and figure we’ll go 8-5 (or 7-6 if winless in the ESPN MTE). Basically 7-1 at home (L to Utah State), 0-3 on the road, and 1-1 in Orlando.
Have also given thought to conference play, but will revisit that in late December. Just too much roster turnover from last season and not sold on Memphis. I’m optimistic that we’ll be upper division but then felt that way a year ago before everything went south.
It was a good interview. I did get a laugh when they asked Fearne how many of his current players would know Larry Bird played for Indiana State

I see that Byron Dinkins is “Special Assistant to the Head Coach". What’s that?
A fake role for a legendary player who wants to support the team but 1) he’s not give major responsibility and 2) not given major money
