Matt asked about Gomez during tonight’s “Coaches Show” and Fearne said he’s practicing and likely to play again this season but didn’t give any specifics as to when.
Well…..we dont really need him……we’re playing so well…..by all means, don’t rush him back Coach.
Its going to make our too big rotation even bigger
Or maybe we will stop playing reichart. Gomez looked better than I expected him to in his limited play time
This….stop playing Richart and,Eyenga….. Play Mingo, Bonke, Harrison, Bradford, Conyers, Butler as many minutes as possible, then Villar, Freeman, Elliott, Gomez, Mading in very limited minutes for brief rests, foul trouble or injuries to those top 6 guys.
Eyenga has potential, I think he’s still hampered by early season wrist injury

At least one Niner basketball team keeps winning.
Who is coaching these guys? Maybe we could swap him for Fearne ![]()
Probably…..but right now, he is giving us nothing.

To my untrained eye, as Sanchez liked to call us, it looks like the starting lineup should be Mingo, Harrison, Bonke, Bradford/Conyers and Elliott/Butler with Freeman, Villar and Mading always coming off the bench. But that’s just an untrained eye’s opinion and there are probably reasons why we don’t start our 2 best players.
we didn’t start Williams a couple years ago and you see what that got us.
