Great sweep of a very good team. Yeah the pitching decided not to show up for either team. But damn the bats have woken up for us! Tulane has a beautiful stadium.

Game took forever to end.
Hopefully the bats stay hot.
The only problem with Tulane’s stadium is that it is in New Orleans.
Their RPI is far over a hundred.

Both teams were managing arms for next week in a game that one team barely needed and the other didn’t need at all. That was far from a normal pitching approach from us.
I like the matchup with WSU. Back at the beginning of April Gillespie went 6 innings against them and we won 7-1. Gave up 2 hits and recorded 9 Ks. Do that again on Tuesday and we’re very good shape.

One thing I like about the bracket is that our first game is very likely to start on time.

100 percent agree. You will learn more about our team in one game than you will learn all season watching the TV broadcast.

Dawson Bryce should be 1st Team
I’m not sure if missing time with injuries will keep them out, but Gunderson & Poteet should be in the mix for All conference. Maryniak started off slow but has put himself in the mix as well. Bayne also missed time with injuries but could be in the mix since he was on the pre-season team.

Mr Bo, we pretty much have to win the tourney to make NCAA. Correct?
Some are saying we’re on the bubble but I definitley think we need to win it all to make it.
