If he doesn’t think he was going to start, that might explain going into the portal. Lamb and Freeman may have also thought they were down the depth chart. These bother me less than losing both starting DT.

Odd. He says Vince Reynolds replaced Kurt Mattix. I thought he replaced David Denham, now at Michigan. I thought Mattix was still there, and coaching DEs.
I think he just misspoke. Mattis is here. Denham is at Michigan

Look I maybe dumb. I have had FSLs since our first season and even I didn’t k so about the “spring” game. Am I the only one? Why are we having in Easter weekend? I am just confused and maybe it is me problem.

Seems about the same as usual but hard to tell.
I wasn’t there for the first time. NIL, transfers, decommits, money chasing, etc. has dampened my enthusiasm. However I’m extremely enthusiastic about the upcoming season.

That sounds pretty close at QB, which is as I expected. The battle will continue into the fall. May best QB rise to the top.

Did anyone else find the padded helmets completely unobtrusive ?
I basically forgot about them.
And they don’t seem to affect the player at all.
How long till we see them in wide use/a standard?
