These kids aren’t even moving very far geographically. Mid majors are straight up farm teams for their local P5 programs.

In one case headed back to hometown and in the other staying in it.
And same for the Memphis commit today - a player returning home.

No real surprise here.
SEC transfer rules can be confusing. Apparently the one that prevents moving from one league school to another in football during the spring portal window without having to sit out a year doesn’t apply to hoops. Actually surprised that hasn’t been contested.
Top 50 recruit. Three teams. Three years. Ten games played total for two of them.

Seems like a Charlotte guy who wants to be close to home without literally being there based on stops at Duke, Clemson, and now CofC.
Mack having quite a day with 3 so far.
Mason spent first two years at Rice and was C-USA all freshman team 2022-23.
156 games over 5 seasons. What am I missing here? Hmm…
