I still care but I do hate the pressure being put on fans to finance a team. Itās an arms race that will keep increasing the cost and fans shouldnāt be responsible for paying for this. The networks and power conferences are the ones making huge profits off of these players. That television revenue should be going to pay the players long before any fan should be expected to. But unfortunately it would go to the players in those conferences unless collective bargaining could force an entirely new model for media rights that covers everyone.

If I want help somebody Iāll contribute to a legitimate charity that serves real people in need. Sports are entertainment for me. If I am contributing more to college athletics it is going to be for my benefit like a better parking spot closer to the stadium or better seats out of the weather.

Yeah I am with you - if I am giving away money its to people who actually need it, not kids who are already getting a lot for free just due to me supporting the AD and our students paying high fees.
I will not give more than i give to my church.

You can be a really supportive and good fan and not donate money. Some talk about how they are going to stop following the team but just stop donating if you want and just be a positive supporter.

I assumed it was him. Look he left us for UCF. $$$$. They then decided to go in a different direction by upgrading over him from the portal. He then decided to return to Charlotte. My opinion is that Biff was giving him a chance to return if he needed to as it benefits us with him on the team. Biff wants him to have success. Sucks that hes been practicing with us and our coaches putting in the work to help him but I think it was a matter of time as he wants to go bigger and maybe get more money. He misses a Michigan type feel as a program I bet. Solid player and definitely would help us but if he was not fully invested then who cares. I wish him luck wherever he goes and I hope he doesnāt just get lost in a depth chart because he wouldnāt have here.

I think if he can start at Michigan, heāll probably start wherever he goes. We have ksler, bemah, aimmons, williford. Canāt remember the others

Is it safe to say with him leaving we dont have very many of the contributors & experience returning from a defense that struggled in the back half of the year? Is this concerning?

I like this hire!!! Great experience as a player and does have some coaching experience with chapel hill and the Detroit lions last year!!! I think he will help with recruits too!
