I havenât read everything thats been posted as of late about starting a football program so I donât know if this has been discussed yet. I see a lot of individuals taking initiative to get the ball rolling but really havnât seen a collaborative effort. I propose that we put together an organization and hold elections on NNN. I have put together a rough organizational chart that we could potentially use. I think a good start might be to post a separate thread for each of the 4 VP positions and let everyone post things that they can bring to the table in each. For instance, under marketing here is what I can bring to the table: (I have a marketing degree from UNCC, I am a freelance graphic designer and am fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. I have a family member who owns a print shop and could get great deals on print materials. I have also worked with some major brands doing PR and Event marketing.)
By doing this we can get an Idea of what resources we have, what individual talents each of us have, and find out what each of us is willing to put forth. We should also finalize what each of the positions are and write a description of duties to be performed, etc.
All VPâs (Board of Trustees), President, and Chairman should hold a boardmeeting 1-2 times a month.
I think we have enough people ready to put forth the effort. We now just need to put some Organization into it. Any comments, suggestions??
