Ref was really whistle / card happy. So many yellows.
Actually though, his worst trait was that he blew the whistle every time the ball was in the air in the box. I think he probably cost us a couple more goals doing that.
The team played great. Not much else to say. Stinks that we gave up our home scoreless streak on that PK.
Langan is probably griping in the post game about our efficiency. At one point we had only 2 goals on 24 shots, but our last 2 goals made that ratio a little more respectable.
My biggest worry is elite speed. We donโt have it on our back line or in any of our 9s. But what we do have are a bunch of players with all kinds of other skill sets, which lets us, as Langan said, attack in so many different ways. Most of our guys have excellent touch. We are fun to watch.
