Really bad today. Gonna struggle in nonconference playing like this
Out played them, butโฆscoreboard. Very poor defense on a couple of corner kicks leading to one goal and one almost. Gotta clean that up for sure.

Watched that TCU game. We were overmatched, especially in 1st half. TCU much better with possession and passing, and they quickly figured out that our GK is weak at defending high shots. We have some decent sized ladies on the defense but they donโt run well, and we had way too many giveaways.
We played harder to open the 2nd half but still couldnโt get anything going.
Itโs early, but this is definitely not last yearโs team. Feels like itโs gonna be a tough season.

Well, I have noticed that since our current coach came aboard, our teams have got gradually stronger as the seasons progress. TCU defeated a nationally ranked Alabama side by the same score. Still hopeful for a successful conference mark.
Next match against Mississippi State will again be a tough one, I expect.

Itโs not nice, but #8 for us is terrible. She gave the ball away at least 6 times vs TCU. She just had a giveaway that was worse than anything Iโve seen since my boys were 8 playing rec soccer. Easy MSU goal.

I was not able to watch last night and have not yet done so. I did see the previous match against TCU and there was a huge gulf between the teams regarding skill level. Looks like coach overschedled this group. Expect better results going forward.
