A10 football Budgets

If you don’t have I-A football then you are classified differently by the NCAA. And teams with I-AA football are further classified differently.

It doesn’t mean much except that it’s a classification name.

this would be consider taking a step back in the direction this university wants to be heading in

CAA TO BEGIN SPONSORING DIVISION I-AA FOOTBALL IN 2007

Thanks.

Starting in 2007: Members of the CAA’s (Colonial Athletic Association) Division I-AA football conference will be the University of Delaware, Hofstra University, James Madison University, the University of Maine, the University of Massachusetts, the University of New Hampshire, Northeastern University, the University of Rhode Island, the University of Richmond, Towson University, Villanova University and the College of William & Mary. All 12 teams are currently members of the Atlantic 10 Football Conference and will continue that affiliation through the 2006 season.

We could get a bunch of Alums together to go to the Pembroke game & hold up signs saying, "Judy, what about us?" as a silent protest. Call ESPN, ABC, & CBS to let them know. OF course we'd have to have a lot committed to showing up if we call in the press. [/b]
Oddly, I like this.
