What happened to Rice Baseball?
They were a powerhouse program at one time. Went to the tournament every single season from 1995-2017.

Rice being relevant in baseball coincided with Wayne Graham’s tenure as coach, which ended in 2018. He passed away in September.

Rice started their slide in Graham’s final few years. It was probably time for them to move on, but their subsequent coaching hires have destroyed their program. Very similar to our basketball program post Lutz with our disastrous hires.
I really hope they can get it figured out for the sake of the conference, but it seems like they may be making another coaching change after this season.
