Yea. Also, refs could grow a pair and call technicals; especially for repeat offenders like Pryor.

Itβs not a hard call. Heβs clearly looking at them and throwing it at the other playersβ heads. If a player tries to knock it off the leg, fine, but throwing the ball at their head is blatant provocation and could cause injury. Should be treated like a punch or high elbow.
