$40m IPF. All privately funded in 2 years time.
Looks like we’ll have an IPF before more seats (not counting the 3k attached to the tower) at the rate we’re going. Guess that’s okay. Clearly buildings cost more to build than stands.
Where would we put an indoor practice facility?
Things can change, but according to Evergreen, it would be opposite Gate 5 where the coaches, parking lot and one of the practice fields are currently located.

And we are only doing Phase 1, not 1a or Phase 2?
AD has been really quiet about this stuff.
The costs estimated by the architects basically worked out to be low estimations. The money we currently have locked in was thought to be enough or close to enough to do 1A - so both sides and the tower. That was the understanding of BoT, but then when bids went out the cost of just the tower and one side (phase 1) basically took up the entire pool of money. I know the plan as of last spring was still to build both sides, but we needed to have the money raised. I am sure there is a deadline on that. I have not heard anything on money or plans since the spring. I can ask and see if there is an update.

Per their fans, they were going to build a nice permanent one but they are short on cash. This thing is disappointing.
