I was talking to someone who lives in Houston in 2020 about Rice and the coincidence that both UNCC and Rice had to get special permission from their respective states to bury someone on campus. Seems Mr. Rice left money in his will to establish a university for white students. Currently Rice is quite diverse in its racial makeup.
There are no plans to move the remains of Bonnie Cone.
