Ellis is a 6-8 F from Myrtle Beach who apparently is NCAA qualified but did not meet USC’s entrance requirements. He had chosen the Gamecocks over Clemson, Richmond, Texas A&M and UNC-Wilmington.

Interesting reads. Kid was born in and basically spent his entire life in Germany (military parents) but came to the US for his junior year of high school. It says he plays a ‘European-style’ for a big man and would most likely play at the 2 or 3 in college.
Doubt he lands here. If SC says no, there’s usually a good reason.
