Thanks for the link 2K but I don’t have time to listen to it. Was wondering what this was all about concerning Big Phil’s Comments…just wanted a quick recap from someone.

I’m at work, can’t listen, so a recap would be tremendous.

I listened live, but with my kid screaming (playing) in the background, so I only heard bits and pieces.

Phil gave a bunch of short, clipped answers, the kind interviewers hate. I hesitate to say it, because I wasn’t listening closely, but he didn’t sound too happy to be there.

Again, take that with a grain of salt.

I’ve never heard Phil give a good interview. He is always short and to the point.

Phil was Phil, he opened up a little more as the interview went on. I just don’t think he’s a talkative guy. Also, I didn’t take away any big news from the interview.

Phil is just a quiet guy, always has been.

When he did talk, though, it seemed to be funny. I couldn’t really hear at that point, some ladies behind our table had decided to go out for dinner, and not let some radio program put a damper on their conversation.

Probably LOLcat fans.

Matt did ask him about Deuce and how hard he is to guard in practice. Phil said “he’s tough” and Matt asked him “can he score on you” and Phil instantly shot back “No. No I block him”…

It was kinda funny.
