All-Time Gold Glove Team
The only one on that list who is a lock, and you cant argue against, is Brooks Robinson. Best fielder at 3b of all time. No one will match his 16 GG’s
check again,Maddux and Jim Kaat both have 16…

just bustin. For a non pitcher, 16 will be damn tough to match.
Jim Edmunds is the best outfielder I’ve seen in 20 yrs.

Omar Vizquel is better than Ozzie too.
As somebody else mentioned, Edmunds had an ability to make a play look spectacular. But the reason I would vote Andruw over him is because he has the ability to make everything look routine. He hardly ever looks as if he has to run full speed to make a play. Edmunds similar to Ozzie for flair. Jones similar to Vizquel for routine.

Sorry, I meant at 3b no one will match him.
Joe Morgan over Ryne Sandberg? Are you kidding me? Ryno had almost twice as many gold gloves, not to mention the record (maybe it still stands?) for consecutive games by an infielder (excluding 1st base) without a throwing error.
clt highly endorses these comments.

I was just F’in with you. You can say any position player. Playing 16 years is rare, being the best for that many years is almost beyone belief.
