That said, I’ld expect them to try zone vs us. I just hope Plav, EJ, EB, Mitch are hitting their jumpers.

Yes, I do. They play more guys than us, and I think Pitino will gamble.
We need Plav to catch fire and Mitch, E.J., Lee, and Curt to be at least a marginal threat from three.
We’ll score in the half court against them. We just need Mitch to be Mitch and take care of the ball. I don’t see our offense being a problem as much as I do theirs.
Our offense will be fine…question is can we stop them consistently? D hasn’t been our strong suit this year,I think Curtis’ gonna have a monster game!

Mitch doesn't have to score points for us to win. Dash has to score 15-20 for Memphis to win. If Mitch scored more, sadly I think some of his turnovers would pick up. That was still quite a matchup between Mitch and DWash last week.
Mitchell makes much better decisions with the ball than Darius Washington Jr.
Look closely at the box score from the last five games for Mitchell vs. Washington.
Just because Darius scores more does not mean he’s better suited for breaking the press. You want someone fast who can control the ball and make good decisions (few if any turnovers). That’s what you get with Mitchell when pressed.
I recall Mitch last year talking about how he was shocked UL didn’t press more. I think UL will press some more this year then last year.

That’s interesting because Pitino decided not to press us last year once he found out that Baldwin would be playing while Demon sat out. Mitch played all 40 minutes and Pitino did not press us.
Nobody has pressed us this year and thats because of Mitch. His stats aren’t gaudy, but look at the box scores. He simply doesn’t turn the ball over. Actually, in big games this year, the team has rarely turned the ball over. The team did pretty well vs. UAB, and they force tons of TOs.
What I found strange this year was Cincinnati. From what I can recall is that UC was a pressing machine, and they didn’t press the Niners once in the Halton game. MItch is terribly underated, but I don’t have to tell you.
