so what’s the word on student tickets? do we get them for free?
I just looked up the cost because my daughter really wanted to go to a game and the A10 site says “Single session tickets are now on sale by clicking here or by calling 704-687-4949 for $10.00 apiece for the four-day, six-session event. Students, children and senior citizens can get their single session tickets for $5.00 apiece.” Also, “All-Session packages are still on sale as well for $40 for adults and $20 for students, children and senior citizens.”

So students/children/senior citizens for 1 game is $5 and for the whole tourney is $20. Everybody else is $10 a game and $40 for the whole tourney.

It’s not per game, it’s per day, right?

If so, I’ll probably just go whenever we’re playing, and I’ll try to make appearances when Gwash is playing… I think I formed a great bond with coach Mike Bozeman.

The weekly email said that first 250 students were free by way of the alumni assoc. to all the charlotte games

The $10 fee is for a session. Each session has two games except for the championship on Monday. The Niners will be playing in sessions 4, 5 and 6. #4 is the later session on Saturday. There is only one session (#5) for Sunday, which is the semis. # 6, of course, is the championship.

So what, are they going to clear out the arena between same day sessions?

Also, ACR… down for joining me to harass Mikey-Mike? Dude is too much fun not to **** with, whether we’re in the session or not.

So, for anybody who didn’t hear the story…

Hellraiser and I had been riding Mike Bozeman hard all night long, you could tell we were getting under his skin. With about thirty seconds left in the game, one of his girls threw up a horribly short airball. I yelled to him, “Mike… dude… do your girls practice on an 8 foot rim or something?” Even as play was going on and his women were on the defensive end (wondering what to do, as he hadn’t given them any direction as we took the ball up the court) he stood there and stared me down. “Hey Mike, the game is going one right now… you might want to do your job.”

So, in honor of that exchange, and the bond that was formed between me and their illustrious coach, I made this for him:
