backcourt

All I have to say is next year if we do not win at least 25 games…100% without a shadow of a doubt our coaching staff is terrible

exactly. we should have one of the top backcourts in the country and plenty of depth. we can press and dont have the excuse of lack of depth. levelle moton could take this team to the elite eight. im convinced of that. just getting in the tournament next season will not consistute a sucessful season. i will not lower my expectations because of this season because if you have the talent, you should do something with it. congrats keyshawn.

Levelle Mouton. Give me a break. Guy is good where he is, but it doesn’t always translate.

Some of u guys need a reality check

reality check in what sense? he is gettable. no it is not guaranteed that he would be a success but there are not guarantees.

Reality in this sense- WE AREN’T FIRING MAJOR.

Whether anyone on here likes it or not. And in another aspect, some act like Mouton is the second coming of John Wooden. He’s had a nice year. He hasn’t sustained anything. He’s the flavor of the month and that’s all right now.

Nothing is more clear than we need a coaching change as soon as we can get it. Also we can’t move forward until the administration takes off the Rose colored glasses and sees our coach for what he is instead of what they thought he would be. You can’t solve a problem until you acknowledge that you have a problem.

I think he has show a clear body of work over years and tangible improvement every year.

I think he deserves a shot, but I don’t think he’s a surefire hit.

Before I agree or disagree, how many teams are in this “top”?

Major has the least talent of any coach who has coached at Charlotte and even worse than those who have lost more games because he has had more talent to work with. Our program will never move forward with him in the way and if his name was Lutz he would already have been fired. He is a proven loser and if you don’t see that then you don’t know anything about the game. We should pay him off and cut our loses before he kills the program for years to come. A bad coach can hurt the program for years after he’s gone and we’re heading down that road with Major.

so maybe we are still recovering from the damage Lutz inflicted

Okay, you win the incoherently babbling troll of the week award. Gratz!

He was saying Major has the least personal talent but the most talent on his teams.

Abdolutely. 10 yrs minimum to rebuild

We should have rehired Jeff Mullins. I liked his timeline for rebuilding much better than Major’s.

Everybody knows that major will cause us many years of having to rebuild our program to respectability when he’s gone. The longer he’s here the longer it will take. The man just has zero coaching skills and the team was always looking confused after coming out of a timeout with him. Our team could have played better without having a coach this year than with him here. I just hate it when administrators try to double down to justify their decisions such as extending him and not firing him this season. Sort of like General Custer sending his troops to slaughter to justify his mistake of not waiting for reinforcements. Mistake upon mistake does not help build a program when you probably have the worst coach in the country pretending to know what he’s doing. We all know that he doesn’t and never will which is sad but true.

While I do believe that Major is one of the worst coaches to ever grace a sideline, he will not leave us barren of talent by any means. A good coach should be able to win immediately with Braxton, Sullivan, Dorn, Woods, Thorne, Clayton, and Denzel, although this list depends on potential transfers as we’ve all learned.

Comparing a basketball game and coach to a horrendous loss of life.

Some people just need to attain some degree of perspective.

All of it.
