Pilkington went to my high school although he was only a freshman when I was a senior so I didn’t know who he was. My sister showed me a blurb about him in her year book. He pitched a no hitter against Butler I believe and was ranked the #1 left handed pitcher in North Carolina.

Weddington played their conference championship game at Hayes about a month ago, and I was the PA guy for it. Pilkington started the game, and he had some pretty filthy breaking stuff. He also laced a couple of hits.
