Help me. I’m incredibly excited to see how many young players are contributing at a “senior” level and terribly afraid that they’ll be drafted after having a cup of coffee with us.

Recruiting is going to be fun to watch too I imagine.
True freshmen like Groover, Furman, Cunningham, Giesting, and Hughes are not draft eligible.
McCabe and Lothes are 2nd year freshmen but are old enough (21) to be drafted.
The jucos and transfers are eligible.

Thanks. That was news to me.
Everything is crazy this year. Part of it is everyone getting last year back. Part of it is last year’s draft only being 5 rounds. And part of it is this year’s draft likely only being 20 rounds.
Thanks again. I’m aware that everything is in a cocked hat, just not familiar wit the particulars…especially when it comes to our guys.
We definitely have guys that are getting looks. Starting to recognize the scouts they show up so often. As our distinguished colleague said up-thread, it’s a good problem to have.

I just want this team to be in the college playoffs this year. It would be a tremendous boost for the program. Wouldn’t hurt the coaches standing either.
