I apologize if this has been posted in the past. A thread like this seems to be a natural topic of discussion over the years. Also, I know this rips off Dickie V’s annual All Name Team (Scientifik Mapp), but what are the best Niner athlete names through the years? I believe Pino Pipes actually made Dicky V’s list one year. (That must have been a slow year.)

Trigger Terrell has always been my favorite! Of course his real name was James I believe.

May be, but it doesn't help that the guy who got that nickname is a jerk and an ungrateful hack.

I bet “The Goonj, Terror of the Southeast” could eat Cornbread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, WITHOUT a drink and not miss a beat.
