Saw it on X a bit ago… very “what have you done for me lately” move IMO. I do think that helps us in our game against them next year. 2 new coaches with (more than likely) completely new rosters.

While true, their trajectory was downward and as I said in the other thread, I don’t think they have the resources to recover in the NIL era. I think they’re rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

I was told by Tuesday, so I think Hunters is ours. There is a process though usually AD has clearance to offer a contract up to X if negotiations go past that they have to go back and get approval and then once it’s all agreed on it’s still has to be drawn up.

I think things are going fine - if we get past Tuesday then I’m gonna get worried about money and being turned down.

Why is Albin available?

Can someone explain that to me?

Or are we just speculating we could poach another sitting G5 coach?

Huff at Marshall seems like a good coach and if he is getting fired or not renewed I don’t get it.

Why is Griff Aldrich at Longwood available? Sometimes there are good coaches that coach in conferences below us who are available. These are EXACTLY who we should be looking for every single time.

Source close to Ohio Football (basically their Hunter) said 0 chance Albin takes Charlotte job. No interest and “makes no sense” to him.
