This is like the Atlantic City of Conference USA. Having Conference USA Tournaments on a team’s home court is small time and everybody knows it. This seems like the perfect kind of place considering the geographical footprint of C-USA. Decent sized venue (Seats 10,066). Maybe put Biloxi in a rotation with Galveston and somewhere along Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Biloxi last hosted men’s hoops during pre-C-USA era: 1990 and 1994 Metro tournaments. UofL won both.
I’d be willing to go to Biloxi for the conference tournament if there was a reasonable liklihood that we could win the thing.
