Maybe. In my mind the line item “coolers and containers” implies “coolers and plastic totes,” something similar to a cooler. You wouldn’t say “coolers and bags of chips.”

Just keep your water bottle cap separate and in your pocket to put back on after you get inside. You can argue a piece of plastic all day.

Just remember, when you go to fill up the bottle, proper etiquette is that you man the pump handle on the well for the person in front of you.
