6’6" SG? Can he play the 3?
6’6" SG? Can he play the 3?
Truthfully I don’t know much about his game at this point other than being labeled a shooter by this article, http://hoopseen.com/index.php/news/hoopseen-20/item/3052-offers-rolling-in-for-atljam-star

At 6’6" I’d say he could play the 2 or the 3. There is so much switching on defense and the 4 out 1 in offense unless you have a true point there isn’t much of a difference in the 1-3 positions anymore.

I could see us putting out some fun 3 guard lineups, especially if we can get Dorn to stay. Be able to spread the floor, play press (40minures of hell?) and have shooters everywhere. Just would be questionable against size. But at 6’6" he could match up on a SF. Unless he’s like Benk and can’t move at all.

Might depend on how close he really is to 6’6". Some of these listings are close to accurate and some are wildly exaggerated. He might actually be 6’5" with a long reach (could play sf in most situations) or he might really be 6’3" (more limited).

Most of our opponents, particularly in conference, wouldn’t present too many problems for a 6’6" guy playing sf. He might even have to worry about being quick enough to keep up with the smaller lineups a lot of teams are putting out there.
