C-set in Asheville!

For anyone out there that lives in or close to Asheville can you get C-set? I just moved up here and I wanted to know what cable provider to get. Thanks in advance. Fotee

By your title, I thought Asheville had c-set. I have charter cable and unable to get it through their service. If you find it please notify me somehow.

I know that Charter still doesn’t have it yet. I don’t think anyone carries it up that way.

No C-Set in Asheville. What’s the closest place to Asheville that might carry it? Shelby, Hickory?

BTW, if you live in WNC, check out the Original Sportsbar and Steakhouse on Hendersonville road. Great bar and the food is good as well. Twelve 6’x8’ TV’s in a circular bar setting.

It’s my understanding that C-SET is only available to to Time Warner Cable customers in Meck county only.

From the January 21st edition of the Charlotte Business Journal:

C-SET, which reaches 770,000 TV households across the Carolinas, could add as many as 400,000 subscribers in the next several months if pending discussions with several cable systems owned by Charter Communications Inc. can be completed. The network airs on Time Warner Cable in Charlotte and is available only to subscribers of the digital-cable tier.
