That is absolutely terrific, and damn scary because that is great resume if a guy wanted to transfer. We need a new coach but I sure hope our players embrace him.

Woods and Bishop Mency (Rice) were both 2-time FOTW, while Giddy Potts (Middle Tennessee) was the only one-time honoree to make all frosh team. Not familiar with criteria used, so don’t know how players were selected. Interesting that Chris Cokley (UAB) named 6th Man but didn’t make the all frosh squad. Guess they didn’t want the team to be all Blazers!

Almost 9 points per game AND the leading 3-pt. shooter (%) in the league…yeah, he should have been.
