When asked about Coaches getting too involved with refs & other coaches, Calipari’s response was “You mean like at Charlotte?”
They were talking about Chaney primarily but he made a quick jab about Charlotte.
He then said that “I’m Ok with it as long as it’s not directed at other coaches. At Charlotte, I took alot, but I didn’t fire back because I don’t do that.”
Again saying Lutz crossed the line by yelling at him personally while he wouldn’t do that to Lutz.
Don’t know if anyone else saw it…but they were very quick and subtle but definite jabs at Bobby and our team.
Calamari has to make sure his dog and pony show looks respectable for the Mempiss fans. After all, he has to do something to justify his existence. I bet ya low blows were the only thing that kept him from being a boxer. Ain’t he used to call himself be the “italian scallion” at one time or something?
I don’t give one-tenth of one shit what Calipari thinks about us. I don’t know what is funnier - his whining, or the fact that the Memphis fans take everything he says at face value. It’s incredible.

He’s also a lying SOB. When the refs were reviewing the replay he walked towards them and so did Lutz. That jerk off yelled at Bobby which got Bobby to tell him to shut up. Somehow I don’t think Bobby is going to tell someone to shut up if they’re standing there silent.
Calipari has to resort to tactics like this to justify an excuse for losing. He’s trying to deceive the selection committee and the memphis-state fans as well. He’s been pulling similar stunts like this for quite some time and is able to get by with crap like this because those memphis-state fans are too stupid to know the difference.
