Can Anyone on here draw?

;

Sorry I meant to link this one…

We can’t get rid of the gun & pipe.

I want to know how to get Charlotte College Owls merchandise. I’m not even sure what the original colors were. I saw a leather helmet of old for the Rice Owls that was blue with white wings. I thought if CC was blue & white, I’d buy it, & hand paint CC on it to make an “authentic” “original” old-timey helmet.

Someone Photoshop this green…

Bloodshot eyes, looking like he is a gallon deep in JD by noon, smells like hookers and cigars.

I want Norm to be a guy from Deadwood.
I’m totally with S… he also needs to consistently take naps posted up under the scoreboard halfway thru the 3rd quarter after his liquor binge starts to wear off and become ornery with little kids who come to bother him.

He specifically needs to be ornery. Not mad or fussy or something, but ornery.
i still think norm at football games should have a donkey.

I was thinking he should come out in a mining cart, pushed by the cheerleaders.

Sayin…

The pipe is badass, miners weren’t exactly clean cut - keep the pipe and dirty look (IMO).

As a side note, Norm with a donkey at football games has some cool potential.

Just make sure it’s a girl donkey

Or we can have a railroad running along the side lines. With a cannon. And hot miner ladies(?)

(Sorry, please indulge my parent/psychologist/social worker side coming out here.)
I hear what you’re saying, but I think the reason he’s adorable rather than mean looking is because of PR. These mascot types seem to be created to appeal to young kids (budding future NINER fans?) and not to traumatize them, wherein they NEVER want to see Norm (or attend games) ever again. For god’s sake, remember the kid on America’s Funniest Videos who became hysterically fearful when the lovable Disney character, Eeyore, came by his table? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AyzNc1DYlno&feature=related
For adults, a fearsome mascot would be fine, but for kids it would not, and that’s one thing at the games that kids pay attention to, relate to, remember, and hopefully come to love rather than fear.

Youre telling me kids wouldnt just love this guy?

Fine, give a homeless guy a couple of fifths and a pick axe, and stick him on press row where he cant bother anybody.

You meant the old school mascot?

The old Norm freaks me out

That’s a mule.

Mules are less stubborn, faster, and more intelligent than dumb ol’ donkeys.

49er1 I wasn’t scared of scary mascots when I was a kid. Maybe you’re just a wuss. :stuck_out_tongue:

Congrats big boy. Maybe not, but I am empathetic where kids are concerned. Sue me. :))

When I have kids, they’ll be brave. I’m not raising any Pu55ies! :))
