Not a favorable position to be in today…but GOSH DARN IT, we have a chance.
and that beats ANYTHING that has existed in many years for the baseball program.
Win or lose today, between this season’s performance AND the new stadium, this team has MOMENTUM I don’t think they’ve ever had.
Personally, I’m looking forward to see what they do with it over the next couple of years.
and oh, yeah 2 wins over the University of North Carolina at Raleigh don’t hurt either.
We are going to need incredible pitching in both games today and our offense has gotta stay hot. If that happens you never know, but we can’t afford another game of giving up 12 runs. Especially to a team like USC.
