Just gonna throw this out there, this is the main reason I miss CUSA talk. There is no one to talk trash to, so we have to talk trash to each other.

Of course, we are horrible, so I would probably have killed myself if I had to put up with those Tiggers for very long.

scollie, press, lew, utter, mp, and hooner disagreed with me.....
ooh, uh, yeah. i’m going to have to go ahead and sort of disagree with you there. yeah..
So, it looks like Mike and his entourage of young students are the only ones disagreeing with you. Everyone else has been around long enough to know better.

I think it’s a crying shame that a Niner wants a former Niner athlete to go away while wanting someone who’s not even a Niner fan (Persinger) to stay. That’s pretty sad. But it’s even sadder that a poster who knew Mike in the mid-90s when Mike was verbally opposed to us joining CUSA is on here defending him… and of course, the unanswered question is 'WHY WAS MIKE OPPOSED TO US JOINING CUSA?".

That alone give us NINERS a good reason to support our ā€˜loco’ paper.

'WHY WAS MIKE OPPOSED TO US JOINING CUSA?".
i believe mike once stated his opposition to us joining cusa on this board. i think **** hit the fan when he made the statement too. that was back in the years. we were still in cusa. he threatened to sue when we were critical of him once or twice back then. complete total rubbish on his part.
This isn't TBR, no you tube tags.

:tongue::lmao:

this thread is proof of why we need to tighten entrance requirements. sure. it may slow our rapid growth rate. but i cringe. every time i see anyone defend mike for ****ing us over like he does. a few of you just do not understand. and have no clue. but the message sent about us to anyone reading the observer is not a good one whenever he does **** like this.

Here’s another reason to support . . .your ā€œlocoā€ paper.:tongue:
earth to Lew:

me = posting over a decade

you = not

me = diploma

you = cpcc last semester
keep pounding that chest.

Somebody doesn’t agree with you, all of a sudden, they’re agreeing with Mike.

All Hooner said was that it was an AP photographer.

Let the records show: Hooner is a traitor.

I stand up for the people that you talked down to for no offense other than not agreeing with you, and what happens? You resort to childish name calling, you erroneously insult me by claiming that I’m a part time student, and then when I prove you wrong, all of a sudden you’re so much better than me because I went to cpcc last semester.

Grow up metro.

As a Charlotte alumni and a proud recipient of two architecture degrees I will say that calling out people for being ā€œpart timeā€ students or going to CPCC for any reason is kind of unnessary. Since I lost my job in architecture, i have began taking classes at CPCC to help boost my resume, and I can say that I would actually like to see our (Charlotte’s)Architecture program incorporate some of their architecture technology curriculum. I don’t see any education from there inferior to our own at Charlotte…for some people its simply more affordable, for others it is just a compliment to their education and a resource for valuable courses that Charlotte doesnt provide.

With that said I don’t think I have ever agreed with Metro, but I am with him on this whole topic. I was pissed when I saw the photo lineup from the Clemson series…I am sure our players and their followers were too.

Name calling…take it like a man and laugh it off…some of you guys are pretty creative and get me rolling inside.

The irony of it all… is that I agree with him too!
