Lost to many players to FA and to many injuries, need to start drafting difference makers on the defensive side of the ball, I’m glad we didn’t resign Burns cause he isn’t worth what the Giants paid him but we need another pass rusher either in FA or in the draft, Burrow had all day.
Do you think the d coordinator will take to Twitter to degrade the fans?

I know they lost yesterday, but I’m extremely encouraged by the Panthers.
They got dominated in the middle 8 minutes of the game. Andy’s pick was a batted ball at the LOS. That stuff is part of football. We made the switch so that we could properly evaluate the rest of the roster, and we are getting a realistic chance to do that.
Xavier had a couple drops, but you can see the talent. If he had better hands, he wouldn’t have been available at 32.
Dionte was extremely good, but if he catches even one of those 50/50 balls in the first half, it’s a different game.
Not taking the 3 points on the first drive ended up hurting, but certainly wasn’t the difference.
Linebacker depth is going to be an issue. Shaq and Jewell hurt.
All that said, I think the Bengals are good despite that record, and we were with them all day. Burrow is a dude. Chase and Higgins are special.
Jaycee Horn might be the most underrated player in the NFL, and rightfully so with his injury history.
Head coaching is learned. Canales made some mistakes, but I really like where he’s taking this thing.

I’d keep playing Dalton through the end of next season and building the rest of the roster. It has too many issues for a rookie QB. We need 2 more good drafts to build this roster up.
That said, I am encouraged. We have some decent players. We need more. Especially on D.

Huge blow to the defense.
That play was annoying to hear called on the air too - the announcers acted like Burrow was a wizard when you could clearly see Shaq pulling up lame and unable to cover his man.
