paging sokool… paging sokool ;D
I think it was a pretty fair article. No way Briscoe gets ranked above the A10 player of the year, Holloway, arguably the most vital player in Temple’s success last year, and Mitchell after his clutch performance’s last year.
If Briscoe is the next best after that, that would be impressive.

Deuce ranked (preseason) in the top 5 pg’s in the A10 as a soph. That’s lofty praise for him and the 49ers. Now lets see if he can live up to it. If he does Charlotte should be a very dangerous team.

I’m just messing, I didn’t even read the article, I agree with both of you, I hope he is a great PG for us. All indications are that he will be.
Ranked in top 5 by whom? Haven’t read every preseason piece, so missed that one. Thanks!

Have you read this one? Its very clear they are ranking PG’s in the A10. Also clear that this is definitely not a random order.
Guess we just have different interpretations of the same piece. I read it as breaking down the conference per PGs into 4 tiers, with the Niners being a 2nd tier team. You read it as ranking PGs 1 to 14. Hmmm…
