Sorry… this thread got pushed down real fast. Right know Im still working on getting us funding. Just the basic stuff.

Then first meet… and just talk about what we plan on doing. Brainstorm. We have to have 3 events a year. I figured a couple show your support rally’s and maybe an 49er footbal tourny… maybe a xbox 360 tourney or something…

U will. Just wait. As soon as we get our money… were gonna sit down talk and figure out some kind of strategic plan. I think they will add us on the funding page here soon.

Throw some ideas around for events
Just address any issues we might have

Then plan on a meeting with the CFI peeps to discuss our role in the t-shirt sales and sync up

ok so why are we now an interest group and not under sports?? Only justification I can think is because we arent actually playing any sports?

gill if i could give a piece of advice, when you meet i would get a room that is in like fretwell or somewhere that has a lot of traffic, i know the earlier the time the harder it will be to get everyone there, but the earlier the better, b/c i think a good idea would be to have a sign on the door saying

I just think you might grab a handful of people’s attention

You got it! The Rugby Club plays rugby, so they are a sports group. Although it would be fun to suit up and beat NC State (which we could probably do this season), CFIS will be an interest gropu because we are interested in football, not playing it.
