If you see errors, let me know, I will change it.[/FONT]

thats rough

Not one win? Damn.

I’m willing to bet thats the ONLY conference we haven’t ever beaten (with more than 2-3 games played atleast)…I would also like to point out that we had only 2 home games out of the 11 games, vs. 6 road games and 3 neutrals.

those TT losses are tough to swallow

so are the first three

Click on the logo. It’s fun.

I hate to bring that one win back down, but didn’t we lose to OK State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament back in the Mullins era?

we lost to OU, not OSU in the 1999 tourney, lutz’s first season.

and we lost to Iowa State in the 1992, that fits your mullins era description and its all in the big 12

For some reason, I remember watching a game back in the late 80’s that we lost to a team called the Cowboys, and they were all big guys that really outmuscled us inside. I was pretty sure it was Oklahoma State, but I don’t see that listed in a quick internet search.

I do remember losing to Billy Tubbs’ Sooners in 1989 regular season. That was a very good OU team, featuring Stacy King. It was televised, and the incident I remember best was when a fan threw something onto the court after a referee called something against OU. Tubbs went to the scorer’s table, took the microphone and addressed the crowd. His comment was priceless: “I don’t care HOW bad the referees are, please don’t throw anything on the court!”

That caught the refs by surprise, and after a split-second of realizing what he had said, they T’d him up emphatically. Tubbs stood there with his arms outstretched like Huggins always did, as if saying, “What did I do to deserve that?”
