Someone said he was a finalist, but UConn picked Mora over him. Haven’t seen that from 2 independent sources so I don’t know how accurate it is.
Biff has a chance to build something special here and leave his mark on the program for years to come.

Watching more stuff on him I can see the idea better. However, one thing I don’t think has been mentioned yet, Poggi himself said thanks to Hill for taking a chance because the hire is unconventional.
I also found his comments on his business adventures to be very vague. Maybe he just wants to talk football/now.
What was vague?

yea, could you imagine if Judy was around and he said some crazy stuff like that.
Felt like he didn’t wanna get too deep into the derivatives thing, or discuss who his investors were.

The 2 biggest takeaways I liked beside pay t play are internships for football players at local big businesses and a type of fluid partnership with The Michigan Wolverines. How sweet for us to work together as football and basketball programs to fight and defeat those southern institutions in the ACC and SEC would conspire with each other constantly and historically to our detriments.
