BTW, Thunder was without 10 players, including their top 8 rotational players. So the Buzz A Team basically got drubbed by the OKC C Team, which led wire to wire. Summer League was fun but the preseason tipoff in North Charleston showed there’s a LOT of work to do.

Are we assuming at this point that Sexton is on the trade block for a team needing veteran guard help later this season? That would seem to be the play here.

I take it for what it is - the first of five preseason games that will determine the opening day roster and who gets sent down to Greensboro. OKC’s starters - as well as 5 others - didn’t even make the trip to the Low Country.
This "spin” by Hornets’ social media pretty funny considering the Buzz were literally trounced by the Thunder’s C-Team.
Granted the talent gap in the NBA is pretty small. Also, on the starting 5, Kon was brand new, but from there, when’s the last time those 4 played together at the same time? Forever ago I think.
They may have played a decent number of minutes, but it’s really just preseason. Reps for the coaches that get advertised for the general public
