Charlotte/Miami in Halton, on a Tuesday @ 9PM...

Yep. Several of the classic Cincy games were 9 or 9:30 tip times.[/quote]

Were they also on Tuesday?

I know I’ll be watching, but I’ll be stunned if the arena is more than 30% full.

LOL

I am hoping for this:

Gotcha, now it makes sense why you made the initial remark in response to the mentioning of a game that took place in November. :-X

Most of the Cincy games were Wednesday or Thursday nights when they were held on a weekday. Of course they were always in January or February, and not in front of a holiday weekend. School is out on Wednesday most everywhere, so those Niner parents with small kids can hopefully make it for the later start time since they won’t have to worry about getting them to bed early.

They were also often times opposite Chapel Hill - Duke

This is also the first home game of the season, I think that fact should help in regards in attracting a larger crowd. Definitely needs to be a dorm push to get students to stick around another night.

Yep- I don’t remember a 10 PM start though. Thought we played at 9 exactly opposite of that game. 7 once or twice too. I don’t ever remember a 10 pm start but I drinks a bit…

I might be thinking of UL, Memphis or Marquette too. Kinda runs together after all these years of blowing chunks

I think they were mostly 9 or 9:30, but atleast one year we were right AFTER UNCCH/Duke game. Most of these games were during rivalry week.

If we win the Charleston tournament, attendance going into this game should be very good. Last year, we won PR, then had a long lapse between the next home game and much of the momentum gained during that tournament was forgotten.

I’m off on that Wednesday so I selfishly am fine with the late start.

So is Uh-Huh guy gonna tell our own team we suck again?

Let’s see what shirt he has on underneath his “uh-huh” shirt. My guess is one of each, and he’s going to reveal the one of the team that wins in typical Uh-Huh guy style.
