Charlotte Talks UNC Charlotte

Noreaster, I like you and respect your opinion. And, I admire you for sticking up for your buddy.

But, for B. Comstock to not mention Football as the #1 issue on campus is just insanely ridiculous… You KNOW it had to do with Dubois sitting right next to him. It could be the only possible explanation. I’m sure the CFI guys whose meeting he has attended are all bewildered.

He should learn to step out on his own a little bit.

And, if he still feels like he’s at his #2 choice, then he should transfer… honestly.

That’s the same impression I get. It seems DuBois probably told him not to discuss football and the name change.

I guess BC is kissing Dubois’s ass and DuBois is kissing the asses in chapel hill. The guys in chapel hill usually kiss each other’s ass, but in a different type of way.

Kissing Ass in Chapel Hill is a form of foreplay.

Do you guys seriously not remember the vote for whether or not Credit cards should be pursued???

Geez, it was on the local fox station’s newcast, and on fox news edge. It even has a facebook group with over a thousand members saying they voted.

In 4 days it eclipsed the 3000 vote mark! And there will be a special election on credit cards for students.

Oh wait, I was talking about the real #1 issue with student government this past year. If I were SB President, I would have been honest about the situation, and Dubois would have just had to get over it, its what the interview was basically leading them to talk about. Football is the #1 issue. Honestly, football was probably the #1 reason those 3 people were even interviewed on this radio show in the first place.

Okay I know its in the spring semester, but can Comstock be impeached? Hey we can save a wasteful semester, I mean we don’t need students who are spineless and without balls to be the SBP. If I was SBP and Dubois told me to do that I would honestly tell him I appreciate his concern but I have to be truthful for the students. If Dubois continued to ask, I would honestly tell him to **** off (maybe the requirement to be SBP is to be an Asskisser I dunno).

clt endorses mac everett and considers the student prez and dubois clear infidels.

we need change at virtually every position.

I forgot to say this in my initial response. When I heard Mac Everett talk I was thinking he would make a great chancellor. I'd much rather have him.
As I've said a hundred times before, it gets vetoed every single year by the President, including presidents before him. Don't blame that on him. Its politics.
I'd blame whoever was the acting president who vetoed the bill. It's nothing personal against Ben, but he made the veto and so he gets the blame. Just because it got vetoed every year doesn't mean he should. It's stupid and spineless.

BC was my RA a few years ago… nice guy but pretty two faced… tells you one thing and does another, never cared for him and b/c of that didn’t give two shits for any hall meeting or whatever he tried to get me to go to… if as an RA you can’t hold your hallmates attention, going on to be the SBP isn’t a good look. I’m in no way irrational or an asshole, but I know douche bags when I see them.

It looks like we were both thinking along the same lines. I was just trying to use a little diplomacy.

It’s not stupid and spineless if you disagree with it. Have you ever asked him his reason? There are a lot of people who disagree with you that the school should change the name. Maybe he’s one of those people.
