I really doubt Gainey going anywhere to be a backup. Same with Llewellyn.

FWIW, Gainey’s list includes more than a couple of NCAAT participants:
Arkansas
Creighton
Iowa State
Loyola Chicago
Marquette
VA Tech
And as the quote noted, the list just included the schools he could remember off the top of his head.

Serious question - how does Brian Gregory still have a job in Tampa?

Yep, I remember the USF extensions en masse by the AD. Gregory has had one winning season in five in Tampa and NONE in conference play. Last two years were single digits overall in the W column. Crazy!
Would say he’s come a long way since we offered him six years ago!
